Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bertinha website and, where applicable, the purchase of digital products made available through it.

By using this website or purchasing any product, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Identification

This website is operated by Bertinha.

Contact: bertinhaweb@gmail.com

2. Scope

Bertinha provides educational content and resources, including free materials, practical educational content and, where applicable, paid digital products such as worksheets, printables, digital books and other downloadable files.

3. Use of the Website

Users agree to use this website lawfully, responsibly and in good faith, and must not engage in any conduct that may harm the operation of the website, its content, or the rights of Bertinha or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including text, images, graphics, digital files, educational materials, logos and other elements, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated.

The purchase or download of any product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

5. Licence to Use Digital Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the digital products and free resources made available by Bertinha are intended for personal use and/or the user’s own educational use at home or in educational settings.

The following is not permitted:

  • reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the files
  • sharing the files with third parties
  • making the content available online for public download
  • modifying the materials for resale purposes
  • using the materials in any way that breaches the law or these Terms and Conditions

6. Prices and Payments

Where paid products are available, prices are shown at the time of purchase.

Bertinha reserves the right to change prices, promotions or commercial conditions at any time, without affecting purchases that have already been completed.

7. Digital Downloads

Where a product or free resource is provided as a digital file, access will be provided by download, email delivery or by another electronic method indicated at the time of access or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, no physical product will be shipped.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under distance selling rules, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right may not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where:

  • performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent; and
  • the consumer has acknowledged that, by giving that consent, they lose their right of withdrawal

If digital downloads are sold through a checkout process, this section should be consistent with the consent checkbox or confirmation text shown at the time of purchase.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the specific conditions of the product purchased.

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly excluded under the legal rules applicable to digital content, no refund will be available once the supply of the digital product has begun.

10. Free Products

Free materials made available on this website or through the Bertinha newsletter remain protected by copyright and may not be resold, redistributed, shared with third parties or reused beyond the limits authorised by Bertinha.

11. Newsletter and Free Resource Access

Bertinha may offer selected free resources, early access downloads or educational updates through its newsletter. Access to such materials does not transfer any intellectual property rights and remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.
